Absolutely not wrong to assess a project, but the issue is your account is just created on 7 pm? A bit fishy for someone to create an account just to post on this project you don’t think?

well last time i always passby there during peak hours morning towards KL... so I can verify what he mentioned is true... the jam at sentul is also true... but its more applicable for those at sentul point, m centura and etc that side.... the only thing they can do is try to skip traffic lights along the way through those housing estate roads but still stuck with jam with thousand units coming up...

PV project always free air-conditioned and water heater from the start, then after fews month launched,adjusted spa price, then free kitchen cabinet and refrigerator. This is freehold project.

No. You are not 100% right.

The morning and after office hour, the bottle neck started from D6/D7 till Sentul Pasar Mosque. After Mosque, although there is traffic but at least moving faster.

BTW, I stayed there for past 8 years and just moved out early this year.

I've been researching this project for a while since this thread is opened.
and finally i booked a unit at for this project.

current status:

685 sqf, not really selling good but layout wise very good 292K++
800+sqf , best seller and sold out because it's cheap 350K++
985 sqf, which is the one i bought is very decent for a family stay 428K++
1200 sqf, 3 rooms only and very spacious.. RM480K++

consider the fact it's cheaper than lots of project with merely 2 min exit Duke, i think this project is a good choice.

one note, 985sqf and 1200sqf are corner units each floors only 6 units aka 3 units each side.
a lot of details been taking into consideration for this project, and i love it.

let me know if you are going to buy one, let's share the referral fees together.

Congratulations on your purchase....Your unit is facing rising sun (setapak) or the other way round? My unit is facing the rising sun...Somemore easier to check the traffic below before going out & decide whether to use jalan sentul or DUKE to KL. biggrin.gif

HK outskirts 3room less than 400sf for RM2-3mil, the price here just peanut only..

I booked the D (M) unit... But haven't decided whether to stay or to rent the unit. Maybe after the project completed, then I will decide.. The project is not officially launched yet, so expect a long 3++ years to wait for it to be completed.

the government should sqeeze the hungry profit only oriented devs. to promote better living standards we need some sort of minimum space size.whats next, 110sqf studio? dry.gif
