Next to HTC, KTM RAILROAD (NOT STATION), and also low cost apartments... Behind Jalan Sentul got ultra-dense condo and still building.

Not a great buy.

a lot of details been taking into consideration for this project, and i love it.

I went to the showroom today to sign the S&P Agreement. Surprised to see soooo many people inside. Luckily the S&P signing was done at the 2nd floor of the showroom.

It was also a nice surprise to see that Block A has nearly sold out! Less than 10 units are available out of the 262 units.

Block B is nearly 70% sold. I think about 150 units (more or less ) are still available from the total of 443 units. The project was officially launched only last week (8th August 2020).

probably not at this stage. Parking is predetermined by developer. But sure can rent easily after VP

BTW, Being informed by sales advisor of PV,

That's fast for Block A. I went there last Saturday to sign S&P too 😏😏 and Block A still have about 10 units available. But I won't be surprised for the take-up rate seeing so many ppl went to show unit over the weekends.
