I booked the D (M) unit... But haven't decided whether to stay or to rent the unit. Maybe after the project completed, then I will decide.. The project is not officially launched yet, so expect a long 3++ years to wait for it to be completed.

for myself, we are planning for own stay.
the facilities are great and it is close to schools for future family planning.
by choosing layout facing Chung Hwa, another benefit is that you will not have any block views (and can see samyv**lu UFO house)... lolx

Next to HTC, KTM RAILROAD (NOT STATION), and also low cost apartments... Behind Jalan Sentul got ultra-dense condo and still building.

Not a great buy.

I've been researching this project for a while since this thread is opened.
and finally i booked a unit at for this project.

current status:

685 sqf, not really selling good but layout wise very good 292K++
800+sqf , best seller and sold out because it's cheap 350K++
985 sqf, which is the one i bought is very decent for a family stay 428K++
1200 sqf, 3 rooms only and very spacious.. RM480K++

consider the fact it's cheaper than lots of project with merely 2 min exit Duke, i think this project is a good choice.

one note, 985sqf and 1200sqf are corner units each floors only 6 units aka 3 units each side.
a lot of details been taking into consideration for this project, and i love it.

Tower A (south directon) face the power station

Tower A n B (East direction) face HTC.

Other direction shd be ok.

Ard 30-50 meter from HTC and power station to Vista.

HTC = High Tension Cable

In BM they call it pencawang elektrik.

BTW, Being informed by sales advisor of PV,

Block A (262 units) - sold out.

Block B (443 units) - 150 units left.
