I think Vista Sentul will have the best access compared to other high rise projects in Sentul.

As you can see from the screenshot in my earlier post, if you want to go to KL, you have 2 choices:

1. go through jalan sentul, just make a u-turn50 meters from access road leading out from Vista Sentul. Usually on weekdays, jalan sentul towards
outside KL no traffic or very minimal traffic, so you can easily u-turn into jalan sentul. Jam is only up until Convent School Sentul. (200 METERS FROM U-TURN)

2. Leaving out from Vista Sentul, you can just go straight into DUKE (80 meters).

If your unit is facing Jalan Sentul, you can obviously see and decide which way to go to work!

None of the other high rise projects further down jalan sentul can have this kind of access. rclxms.gif rclxm9.gif

I have been trying to find a condo around Sentul area, I just found out about Sentul Vista...Is it wrong to assess a particular project?

a lot of details been taking into consideration for this project, and i love it.

Congratulations on your purchase....Your unit is facing rising sun (setapak) or the other way round? My unit is facing the rising sun...Somemore easier to check the traffic below before going out & decide whether to use jalan sentul or DUKE to KL. biggrin.gif

I booked the D (M) unit... But haven't decided whether to stay or to rent the unit. Maybe after the project completed, then I will decide.. The project is not officially launched yet, so expect a long 3++ years to wait for it to be completed.

I went to the showroom today to sign the S&P Agreement. Surprised to see soooo many people inside. Luckily the S&P signing was done at the 2nd floor of the showroom.

It was also a nice surprise to see that Block A has nearly sold out! Less than 10 units are available out of the 262 units.

Block B is nearly 70% sold. I think about 150 units (more or less ) are still available from the total of 443 units. The project was officially launched only last week (8th August 2020).

BTW, Being informed by sales advisor of PV,

Block A (262 units) - sold out.

Block B (443 units) - 150 units left.

Was told by PV Sales advisor during S&P signing last month they are going to increase the price by 6-8% after 1st sept 2020.

For me, this place/project will cut off at least 15 minutes of time travelling to KL compared to the other projects down jalan sentul (morning). If want to use DUKE, just 80 meters from the exit road (in no time). Sentul pasar also very near ...can walk from vista sentul ...just 200 meters walk.

I think if both blocks finished up to level 8, night construction will begin.

The contractor already testing the lights on the cranes, as per pictures above.
