Hi, for me it’s near to duke so direct access to where my workplace is. Also it’s affordable for me. Amenities and public transportation are a plus in case i want to rent out in the future. Neighbourhood wise i just pray it’s better than where im staying now.

yes, some neighbors are terrible. we oark our car opposite in a while because cutting grass on landed.
neighbors scratch our car. then not enough, when he reach home he come across and FUCK us kao kao, say why we part at his area.

but he park his car opposite our row. but got 2 house not tenanted. he park 2 car outside people house our row.
he got 4 cars.
so you think what kind of neighbor is this. somor he just rent the place only.
