a lot of details been taking into consideration for this project, and i love it.

Hi~newbie here. I just went to Vista Sentul sales gallery, the agent told me that

Type A 685sqf is selling at RM316170 after all the rebates.

How come the price increase so much after few months? or different agent offer different price based on their commission?

No wonder~ thanks for the info! However the high tension cable and electric factory beside really hold me back from buying this project.
