Well I already lodged to MCMC. I was told to contact Celcom again by MCMC and need to provide them with proof I provided to MCMC. I should've recorded the call that I had with one of their customer service rep last time. I remember he said the purpose of the speed cap was to save bandwidth around the time I mentioned. I paid for it and they chose to do that? Like wtf π€£πIt's about time they join up, since their fibre subs is only a small percentage.
