Because Jalan Impian Indah is way higher than L4, if there's only 2 row of L4 same as L3, my personal preferences, feel not good when I open door and see there's high road in front of my house. Worry of safety also, cause quite some motorcars using Jalan Impian Indah, as the site just side by side with Jalan Impian Indah.

L1 is the best in term of location cause side by side with Q2 and inner inside away from Jalan Impian Indah . And the price lowest among phases. Envy till die for L1 owner but already miss the boat.

Any idea what’s KL written on the map means?

I think when you open door you cant see the high road in front house. Its the back of the house bacing the Jalan Impian Indah. Its okay i feel but not the best of course.
As for L1 i agree the intermediate are the better choice but for corner units its not ideal compared to L2 where theirs have more of a semi d feel in terms of space

By the way all, I have the floor plan architect drawing for both L2 and L3 as I know someone that tender for one of the project with SP Setia.

I added some users into our L2 whatsapp chatgroup and i did share the drawing there so everyone can start planning space and renovation as it entails measurement as well as column and beam placements

Normally only chinese are more particular. but i saw those are very small t Junction only. is good deal if got more discount. btw your fren is chinese?

Hes's chinese too but to him the main door not facing T junction, hence hes alright.

usually the t junction discount also not sufficient to cover the resale price diff, but if this is for own stay and dun mind the fengshui, then is a good savings
