Its the back of the house bacing the Jalan Impian Indah. As for L1 i agree the intermediate are the better choice but for corner units its not ideal compared to L2 where theirs have more of a semi d feel in terms of space |

By the way all, I have the floor plan architect drawing for both L2 and L3 as I know someone that tender for one of the project with SP Setia.
I added some users into our L2 whatsapp chatgroup and i did share the drawing there so everyone can start planning space and renovation as it entails measurement as well as column and beam placements |

usually the t junction discount also not sufficient to cover the resale price diff, but if this is for own stay and dun mind the fengshui, then is a good savings
