I think got lah. Got case where a friend bought a subsale at BK7 1 year after completion. Still get remaining 1 year DLP.
DLP of 24 months will only start to run down once VP-ed.
Anyway, its a win-win situation for you to buy before VP.
Once its VP, its considered as completed property, and at that time, the bank valuation kicks in, and you might not be able to get ideal 90% MOF.

The question is not what so special, but more to how deep is your pocket...
Haha nolah PBJ less than 30% as of now i think.
Lets be realistic, how many years does pyramid mall/MV/Gardens/IOI mall takes to get more than 90% occupancy tenants? Years? PBJ has just opened less than 2 weeks my god.
