For Legasi, still need to pay legal and stamp duty right?
Legasi houses have back lane where can extend till max.

Been to Anggun 2 site. The house are back to back without back lane, impossible to extend till max. Make me take a step back.

Anggun 2 selling price start 2.1mil . Anggun 3 maybe starting from 2.15-2.2 mil .

Legasi 1 start at 980K , Legasi 2 1.05 mil , Legasi 3 1.08 mil. If Legasi 4 is 22x80 , then I guess should be 1.2 mil onwards.

location wise, i felt L1 is the best.
L4 behind has low cost apartment, feels like someone kept looking at your house lol...
but why further away from jalan impian is better? bcos of noise?

The layout is out already (those who still have the ballot link can see the proposed layout there)
It will be two rows where the back road facing the Jalan Impian Indah is like L3, straight row behind the road.
While the front row will bend along the road in front with empty land between both rows.

i guess the cheapest unit for all Legasi phases is less than 1mil after discount but L4 will not be the case..
If 1.2mil launch price, also good for all legasi buyers as the price appreciate organically.
