JohnLai is right, u will see this if ur browser installed Adblocker.
I always see this because my firefox browser installed adblock origin.
u can try clean browser without addon.

on my area, 210.167 ip is the worst.. even with aotg streaming live channel.. also my kids gaming apps.. higher ping.. disconnection/unresponsive/speed dropping while surfing/downloading.. not as stable as 175.x.x.x or 218.x.x.x ip blocks..

Non-standard wiring. Wire above the road broke once by a big truck last year. Not covered by TM. Had to pay (iirc RM200+) to reconnect the wire. Now having stability issue because the plug/splitter/connector might have come loose due to weather and fallen tree branches. Recommended to rewired the whole section from the pole into my house...~100+ meter from the DP

none fiber can go up to 30Mbps? what plan is that? using copper ? im stuck with damn 8mbps streamyx paying rm8x a month

very unstable, every 2, 3 month need call TM reset port

i think your area alredy got unifi fiber. try check at back of your house. do they have the black and yellow tm cable? and also if have the white box at tm pole means unifi is available to you.

50Mb/s is not available for the public. Some VDSL areas is limited to maximum 30Mb/s. That's why you don't see it in UniFi portal
It's only attainable if the VDSL in your area supports it

usually high rise building got unifi VDSL. meaning it can go up to 50mbps. since your current package is 30mbps and tm can offer the 50mbps pacakge. go for it.

last time got this offer. but it only open until december 2019. go for it. and can get cheaper price rm99 instead of rm129.

since is 3 week ago, will TM entertain me?

I know it doesn't look like much but that extra 20Mb/s means a lot

My brother just got the upgrade from 30Mb/s to 50Mb/s and he's the type who does side income by repairing computers at his home
That extra 20Mb/s stops her wife from complaining her Netflix is buffering when he's running Windows update for his customers computers

just submit. or straight go to tm point and try apply. tell them you recently saw the sms. and ask if you can apply for it.
