From BTU to Router or Router to PC or any device,that cable call Ethernet Cable, Cat5 /Cat 5e /Cat 6 /Cat 6A

The problem is i seldom experience this before MCO. After MCO shit just got real. Crazy ping spike, Apex legends easy DC, COD random spike.
Voice call voice delay.

I open Task Manager> Performance > Ethernet , I notice that when ping spike happened, the "Send" will went crazy high. That's the time i experience spike and lag.

Right now i purposely signup mobile plan just for Voice call. I didn't try gaming, since it's limited quota I don't think is good to use for gaming also.
Yea hopefully it will went back to normal

Upload speed not enough will having this kind of problem,but i dont think mco causing this problem,if you saying ping spikes happens as your task manager showing send high,then u might check what thing is using upload speed.
Before my cousin use unifi lite,they also always have this problem,but still can play online game with a bit higher latency with latency spikes.So that should be something wrong in your home network.

Thx for ur info, It even happen during mid night when everyone sleep only my device is connected.
I will try to use wireshark and see what's going on. But wireshark a bit too advance for me.
Do you have any suggestion for simple applications to check my network?

Why dont try "Resource Monitor" 1st?
It already giving enough information for speed.

everyday around this time, unifi connection to JP become quite bad, tons of packet loss.

it only return to normal during midnight.

yup i think i am looking for Ethernet cable! tried reading the label on the cable, but not sure which Cat is that? any difference between 1 cat to another cat?

Usually all provided Ethernet cables are at least CAT 5e, which can support 1Gbps tops.

There are also CAT6 (1-10Gbps) and CAT7(10Gbps), which supports even faster speeds.

no choice for now.. no alternative fiber provider as well for us to choose. Time and maxis only selected place have otherwise would sign up them.

yeah.. every day after 1pm to 12:30am always slowdown. Had reported to TM they replied me that their network is fine no issue and no slowdown at all

Cloudflare just setup this year i think,seems like now JBIX still not enough company peering with them. I hoping TM to peering with them also for better internet services,as more peering connection for exchange traffic.

Reboot router for refresh another ip block,sometime TM really kixiao good at this ip block,but another crap.
Even to SG also can get 3 different routing. 10ms/40ms/80ms


Just do a research about Twitch,seems like Asia location all now route to HKG,even SG VPN also give me HKG server.

Thx, i forgot there is this thing, didnt use it for ages.
I found the proble, whenever my game lag spike, this thing will suddenly showup running on the background.

Try end it,and see the connection better or not.
And i suggest you try in midnight with all device off,and open 1 device at the same time to check is any device using upload speed.

reboot 15 times like that already dapat around the same ip range. Gave up and just open vpn to watch.
