i hope tm will promotion good price 800mbps launch but not sure i am not 100% sure

your unifi pro 800 story is quite common, been brought up here at least 3 times before.

from what u described, they have removed a big part of yr discount.

discount left 80 only... yr discount should be 200 or 210 or 230.

so u now pay 329-80+60=309.

posted before.... i had same crap from them last dec.

had to send email x3, call x2, chat x3.

they rebated me everything after 2 months.

do not just drop it... go fight for it.

these guys will not do anything unless u complain hard.

and there is no chance u can remove the unifitv rm60.

Can TM NOC detect video/streaming activity while connected to VPN to throttle bandwidth?

I am trying to stream a series on a NZ TV website using a VPN to bypass geo-restriction but the video never streams more than 1Mbps causing a lot of buffers.

I thought its my VPN problem, but the advertisements part on that site can stream at 10Mbps and above with no issues.

This happens on TM Unifi 175.xx IP range. One day I was lucky to be connected to 219.92 range and the video was streaming at 20Mbps smoothly connected to the same VPN server.

Spoke to VPN provider and they have no problem on their end - they showed me proof of smooth streaming @ bandwidth of 25Mbps.

I wonder where the issues is. Anyone can help?

Do you remember if your discount was perpetual before the RM10 RYE 2017 ?

Hi I just subcribed to Unifi 30Mbps plan, may I know now still got 50Mbps plan available? Is it upgradable?

just went to taman desa TM Point
the staff friendly and I explain to him
he understand my situation is way more better than the TM email replied
he help me create 1 more case and check with billing manager
and he said this is not my issue
by right my bill no increase

u cant, CDN is content delivery network which deploy by the company so if the service doesnt have cdn closer to us, nothing can do

Usually those at TMPoints work better than livechat and email. No idea why but keep chasing them until you get more discount~!

50M plan , upload 10M or 20M ?

My 30M plan upload 10M always not enough ...

imagine u need to upload 3 torrent files at the same .... sweat.gif
