Si Fu who got keep track on free upgrade for UNIFI
i just complain to MCMC , they are response fast
compare to UNIFI
but now i want to proof my Unifi is free upgrade not change plan or subscribe plan

I have unifi 30 on 12 Nov 2016
then they have provide a free upgrade speed at 19 January 2017
I still remember they got 1 more time free upgrade on december
but i not sure exact date
did you guys on any record of it ?

cause the MCMC tell me , mine is not free upgrade .
it is a UniFi Pro 100Mbps - RYE 2017 – promo RM 159.00 (24 months)

but they tell me on MCMC they said
RYE Campaign is 2 years contract only
after that become RM 309 !!!
i like shock until faint
if really like that means u 2020 October 24 u will kena like me RM 309 !!!

today i receive update from mcmc
it mention only last for 2 years

can confirm after 24 months then is become 800mbps ??

omg till today complain to unifi and mcmc
result they say ask me to downgrade the package
really emo
why i am only the one who kena this issue

yes from January 2020 onwards

I not sure I can cancel the tv or not
since right now I already over the contract
and they charge me like that
if I cancel the tv then I can pay rm 2xx
