Sorry, who cheats who again? You can be sued for defamation. How did UniFi cheat consumers? Many of us are not cheated by them.

I'm not cheated by Unifi, but that doesn't mean Unifi isn't cheating some consumer.

However those who don't understand how reality works and just demand what they think they should get just because they want in a bit crazy la.

So my question is again, how did UniFi cheat consumers? It was a question, I didn't say it doesn't cheat. Purely for enlightenment purpose.
If one demands for unrealistic thing, I don't call it as cheating. laugh.gif

As per one of the forumer mentioned estimate Nov 2019 will be available coverage. Now already 2020, ppl still suffer no internet and living inside the hill. OR are you still in 2019?

If there is any delay, should be inform, but not just "disappear in the air"..

Oh, so it's not called cheated? Then should I say "Wao, so great, you are the most good moral in the world. Wawasan 2020 no fiber. Bravo, Great!!".. thumbup.gif The terms of "cheat" is not using the monetary to cheat, it is a tactic to cheat customer sign up and say very soon available..

For those who already in fiber, I have no comment about it.. And I nearly forget this year of the animal already.. Now I'm fully understand.. sweat.gif

Did the customer lose any money? Not that I'm aware of TM will collect money for any registration sign-up.

So that's your definition for "cheating". I see. I consider it as over-promise.

I tried every possible methods, from TM point to HQ, monthly PM their FB asking for coverage;
They send agents twice (2017 and 2019) claims unifi will be avaliable mid or end of the year.
Everytime takes our thumbprints and IC, but no actual actions are being taken. MCMC is my last resort, if this doesnt help I'm grabbing the entire tmn to boycott TM (we already did on streamyx).

Did you report TM only or did you report Maxis, Celcom, TIME & every other telco out there for not installing fiber in your neighborhood?
Oh don't forget to report TNB as well, they should expand faster and not stuck in just one area so people like you can have faster internet.

Call TM they already reset port and said my port is up no problem , so they ask my configure router and this my own router so they can help me. I need to configure it outside or myself.
If I wan to send technique people come will cost RM53 it they said my router is the problem is not from them so they not doing any thing.
So what should I do now?

Looks like there's something wrong with the BTU, Ethernet port 2 is lighting up without any Ethernet cable connected to it
Just get TM to come down to your place and pay the RM53 if the fault is from your side since you don't have any knowledge in this stuff
If the fault is not from your side, then TM will omit the RM53 charges

If you were using an ASUS router it would be real easy for me to assist you

Wish to ask all expert here..
Today my mom's house was going to install unifi.
She lives at 3rd floor. The technician said need to pull a very long wire which need RM100-200.
THEN he also told my mom if the wire is broken, then the repair fee will over RM1000.. So my mom cancelled the installation.
Is it true?

if fiber broke within ur premise in future, yes it might cost quite expensive, that arent some cheap copper telephone line
if broke, cannot just reconnect it like normal cable, must use fiber fuse equipments to fuse

but 1000? i dont know

Outside cable is not counted within the UniFi provided Fiber cable length
The installer is trying to scam your mom

Report to the 100 TM helpline
Someone tried to do the same thing to me as well before, I reported to TM helpline immediately while the installer is still in my house and provided the installer name, phone number & car number
The installer begged for me not to report it but I went ahead with the report anyway. Then TM send another installer the next day
