Guys, should i just when to tmpoint to sign up or just go to they booth?
I already request@apply port, but the port haven't been operate yet n belum kena pasang port pon. Now got 1 port around 150m from my house. Should i just when tmpoint and apply that??
Is tmpoint more faster or booth??

Guys i have a question, is it okay to connect my UNIFI ROUTER, MODEM, TV, SPEAKER & PS4 IN 1 extension cord ?
Or should i split my UNIFI ROUTER & MODEM with another Extension cord? But i will used socket splitter to connect both extension. Because got 1 wall socket only. 😔.

I want to maximise my unifi speed & prevent heavy electrical in 1 extension cord
This morning i livechat with TM i told them to reset my UNIFI@Password.
So after i back from somewhere , my unifi cant be used.
Tm told me i have to reconfigure.
Anyone can help me? I have try to reconfigure but still no internet access, but on my router it ligh yellow. Means got internet but not pass to lan nor Wifi.
Huhu Tm already fix my UNIFI. But i kena charge 2x. 😑😑. Own fault. So i have learned my lesson, never touch UNIFI MODEM/ROUTER. Jgn pandai2, even the Technician pun bengong2 sekejap. Hahaha last2 dapat sudah.. tq TM I.F.L.Y 🥰

I have this problem, and this effect to all devices,
When i try to load an email/twitter/my cctv. It keep on loading. But it stay like that, like no internet access. When i chat with tm cs, it say. My internet is okay. But why i get this problem?
Change your router 1st. If still got problem try a vpn,if still not enough speed then upgrade plan. Normally speed will not be a problem for your 3 usage.
I keep asking tm to change my modem... buttttt they wont change it.Last time on streamyx, i can reset n change my modem. But this?? Unifi, not easy. N i did reset my modem previously, but i can't reconnect the btu n modem, and no internet access after that. I have to make report and the tm people come and fix it.
Just buy your own asus router,any router that given by tm either so-so or got problem. Router can reset,but u need the pppoe id and password. BTU cant reset.
Now TM cant earn money,so change other router for user without broken is no possible.
I was going to but i scared wei. When i bought the router. It won't work.
Because that day, i have try. The pppoee n password i logged in. But damnnnnn it didn't work. I panic and chat with the cs to make report.
Fuhhh nasib i no need pay, because this is own fault for touching n resetting the modem.
When I'm on gmail,twitter,mi home, and etc. When I'm on my unifi (50mbps @ router Nettis) the apps or the contain wont load or shows. Examples, when I'm on twitter. The image & videos wont loads. But when i change to Mobile data, the contain loads smoothly. This happen quite regularly.
So yesterday i make a report to TM, than today the technician came. And check2 all my connection etc. Hhe say, everything is in good condition. My internet run fast, no problems.
Why I'm facing this issue???
So , how do i fix this or what should tm do?
The tplink@tm out of stock. They can't change my router.
