Wish to ask all expert here..
Today my mom's house was going to install unifi.
She lives at 3rd floor. The technician said need to pull a very long wire which need RM100-200.
THEN he also told my mom if the wire is broken, then the repair fee will over RM1000.. So my mom cancelled the installation.
Is it true?

Someone tried to do the same thing to me as well before, I reported to TM helpline immediately while the installer is still in my house and provided the installer name, phone number & car number
The installer begged for me not to report it but I went ahead with the report anyway. Then TM send another installer the next day

The cable should be counted from the downstairs box to my mom house, right?
And about the repair fee which is RM1000 and above,
If the cable outside the house is broken, then my mom also need to pay?

i wish to know usually how long does it take to install unifi after u applied it. I saw the black and yellow cable on the pole in front of my house. But i didn't see any unifi box on the poles nearby.
