Why?
They're already aired free on the internet without regional locks or any restrictions.
For that reason why people who already experienced free live TV will never want to watch terrestrial TV anymore.
The saying some truth coming from Malaysian public and elders, our government purposely airs useless TV channels to dumb down the public.
I'm sure these companies are happy to expand their markets and reach if the local TV broadcasting companies are willing to cooperate with them with ads to maintain their operational costs.

1. Bandwidth
Our current set of 2 muxes is pack full of programs, so if you wanna add those channels inside those muxes, you'd be reducing the currently abysmal bitrate down even lower, reducing the viewing experience
2. Costs
Bringing in those channels will cost money as a program distributor, esp in terms of licensing and adding network capacity to carry those channels.
