First and foremost, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support in subscribing to iZZi mobile wireless broadband!

It has recently come to our attention that the performance of our broadband service in the vicinity of Vista Komanwel, Bukit Jalil has been rather slow despite strong signals strength. After receiving constructive feedback from you, we have conducted an in-depth study of the nearest base station to Vista Komanwel, and found the link besetted with atmospheric interference and technical complications which gave rise to big swings in speed consistency.

As a result of our study and ongoing customer satisfaction drive to give you better broadband services in terms of consistency in access and stability in speed, the Company has decided to put up another base station nearer to Vista Komanwel (approximately 800 metres away) in order to improve the signal coverage nearer to you and hence provide you with enhanced broadband connection.

We will commence work on the new base station this week and is expected to complete within 2 weeks, by 1st week of December. By then, we are confident that you will receive superior broadband connection with stable access and high speed, plus true mobility to surf anywhere anytime in most parts of Klang Valley.

In the interim, we regret any inconvenience caused and thank you in advance for your indulgence in bearing with us until the new base station has been set up. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the disruptions as we are sure you understand that we have the best intentions in serving you better in the long run when the new base station is up and running.
