now using digi i150 with b618... 40 - 50 Download 17 Upload (+-)

my house almost same as this. very near to the covered area... lol...

so for starter i bought sim only.. put in b618...
after few testing at same modem location, <20 downlaod <10 upload...

now i'm not sure justified or not cont using digi rm150/mth for that speed... or change to unifi air, cut half the price and speed..

Is the free 4G modem that come with the unifi Air has good reception compared to normal phone reception?

still waiting for those subscribed to SIM only paying RM100 prepayment for feedback.

I just sign up for unifi air yesterday, right now still trying the signal(looks bad for me, going to refund soon)

According to staff, it is refundable but you had to bring your bank statement and they won't refund as cash.
Also not in full amount since they will minus the day before you terminate.

Thank you for the feedback. When you said it looks bad, how bad are talking about and i assume you are using it outside Klang Valley. Im in N9.

Im in Johor. Speedtest 30mbps but reality test(youtube, facebook etc) took ages to fully load. 1080p keep play and buffering.Netflix default to 480p/720p.
My current Digi is far superior, can even watch Youtube 4k smooth no buffer once start.

Again, thank you for the feedback. I again assume u using the Digi 150 infinite? Still dont understand this Unifi Air coverage. Just want my parents to have a stable and affordable data plan. They watch YT for information and entertainment.

My house coverage around 6 to 9mbps. Buffeting youtube 1080p no problem.

I just subscribed sim only to try out the UNIFI air in my house. Been using Digi i150 as my home internet.
Surprisingly, it achieved 80mbps in my B618.
Last time I used UNIFI mobile only can get less than 10mbps in the same modem.

But there is a downside.. the upload speed is less then 5mbps.. guess need to use some more times to check its stability.

almost everywhere in the country, all the new resident areas,, got fibres and speeds easily exceeding 30mbps. But rural area like mine, streamyx also lag.
Sooner or later, maybe online games gonna consume more speed, video gonna look better only at 720p(previously 360p was decent, now like shit), more ads on any website, and general surfing speed gonna need more 8mbps, that streamyx or unifi air offers. What to do next,, i don't know.

For upload speed unifi seems limit the upload speed but after using VPN it's should be solved here the photo before and after
