dear folks, I am looking for Unifi Air, Now I am living at high rise building 15 floor. should I choose Unifi Air? currently I am using my celcom postpaid data 4G download speed around 20mb and upload less than 3mb. Is Unifi air okay? I just for work and surf Youtube only, I am not a gamer. Please advise anyone experience staying high rise?

better test with unifi bebas first.

actually 8mbps is already enough for your usage tho.

Just subscribe unifi air without contract and test. 1 month just rm79+.

Guys, is the Unifi Air Huawei B618s-65d router simlock? I try to put my Hotlink prepaid card on that but it say sim lock.

eh guys.. what router yang budget friendly but still work superb for unifi air eh? ( dont want spend until huawei b618 level la for now if possible)

For home i use tenda 4g06 n300 around rm 250++

For portability i use prolink prt7011l around rm 150++

If not mistaken...it is sim locked

how do you rate ur tenda? i just need it to be stationary for hotspot in my house.. coverage and internet stability is it an issue? can u get a high speed of dlod that is better than the stock router ?

Last i heard b618 huawei is better than zte router provided with the current contract plan

My 2 year contract should end this month or next month.

Was looking for options to repurpose it.

The sim slot of mine is still sealed, even. Probably will just try with whatever sim that I have in hand then.

Sad to say that it is not going to work with other sim card. Just tried on mine. Contract ended last week and I have request to cancel the unifi Air. Put in my Maxis sim and it's not working because the Modem is locked
