B618 bundled with contract.



I'm under unifi air coverage. Even when using unifi mobile prepaid I get band 40 connection.

Not many users in my area I think.

i'm just 100m away from unifi air coverage

Any suggestions for alternative router as tm offer the router but contract for 2 years and its kinda jammed. Kindly suggest please.

What band did you get when tested on your phone?

How to check?

Did you try subscribe the SIM only?

This is the third post I saw in a week complaining about bad ZTE speed with Unifi Air.
In blue coverage area.
So it confirms what you said about the ZTE modem.
Luckily I did not sign the contract to get this modem.

i already signed the sim only package.

right now using old phone to tether get around 10-15 mbps down and <1mbps up

screw this zte mann

So that means you are getting good speeds whether on Band 38 or Band 40.
And for router, maybe you can opt to buy your own.
I saw many post saying the new ZTE modem is bad.

Didn't know that was considered as good speed haha. I'm okay with download speed but uploud speed really lousy
so sad my TPLINK MR200 not compatible with unifi air
