The "4.)Rujukan Penerima" this is mean "Nama Pihak Ketiga"?
If you transfer, you empty this "5.)Rujukan Lain (Jika Ada)"?
If you want put this column what can "Rujukan"? You encourage filled: "Pemindahan ASM3"?

a.)After you success transfer your fund, you phone will received "TAC" again?
b.)You know "Pihak Ketiga" phone also received sms message if fund success transfer in "Pihak Ketiga" account?
c.)After success transfer your fund to "Pihak Ketiga", "Pihak Ketiga" can know transfer info like your name, I/C and ASNB account No.?
d.)If you want proof, you ready transfer this fund, so yourself in "Rekod Urusniaga Terkini" can find the record of success receipt to (pemindahan) info?

Not possible. Else Mutu will just transfer 30k to Ah Kow, refill back to 30k, then transfer 30k again to Ah Chong, repeating this process endlessly.
