Guys, the coming dividend day for ASM 2, not possible to buy at 1st September right?

this morning i was able to enter the fpx screen, after select bank and proceed, it went to the asnb main screen WTH !

this time pnb open asm2 start of the day, not like asm1 opened short amount of time only on Apr 1st ....
