1) when you gotten CB for UTM portal, what was the MCC captured by the transaction? also check for entry mode/transaction type.

2) now, since you're not getting CB, what is the MCC captured? also check for entry mode/transaction type.


2 possible scenarios:

a) UTM changed payment gateway provider recently, which changes the acquiring bank, which may change the MCC too

b) UTM's acquiring bank reclassify the MCC

I contacted Affin recently for the same type of transaction, Government services transactions 9399. Didn't check previously as CB is already in

So yeah, culprit is UTM... the only consolation now is to just charge the remaining fee balance to the card with the furthest statement date

HI ALL, anyone of u encounter this kind of experience before? The cashback campaign RM200 for new credit card user, i successfully spent the amount RM500 within 60 days, but forgot to participate thru SMS. CS said will try appeal for me but not 100% success. Anyone of u success to take the CB RM200 for this kind of case?

I just received this month statement and I can confirmed there is no more cashback for reloading Sarawak Pay e-wallet.

If it falls into government MCC, then no cash back as previously somebody did share.

So it means that we will get all the cashback one shot after the campaign ended? (If eligible)

Hi. If i spend with QM today which is also statement date (27/11) and posted on 28/11, CB is counted 27/11 or next month statement?
