You may test Paywave-Govt (eg JPJ) and Paywave-TNB (counter) as well.

Similarly Online-Govt is still workable for QM if I am not wrong.

FOR Quantum MasterCard users who has previously cancelled, is reapplying for Quantum VISA an easy process or have to resubmit full application?

Ask card centre if QV can be reinstated as it was paired with QM (same credit limit, not only sharing). Otherwise it should be similar to those VS user adding Quantum cards.

Wow... that's really a good news.. I just plan to cancel QV after receiving my VS last week. I guess will keep on holding the QV now...

BHPetrol & Caltex - Does this mean as long as pumping petrol at BHPetrol & Caltex via contactless with min. RM30, we will entitle CB with PBQV?

Should be. Maybe useful at Govt and Utilities as well.

at least Affin no min spend but you need to spend RM1000 in order to get the same CB as QV but QV only need RM600, so to be frank you can get both cards, if less than RM30 just use Affin, more than RM30 use QV and if monthly usage reach RM600 for QV switch to Affin to get max CB from both of them.

please aware that 12 swipe for Affin VS is not applicable to waive the AF, you must spend at least RM6k pa or RM500 per month to enjoy AF waiver.
