My issue is BP ask try again after keyin OTP. I rem if card block exercised by PBB , you dont even reach the OTP page. Anyway moved on since there are quite many reload captured in PBB. Dont want waste my quota lol

Dont und why they so strict on upgrade application tho. Its not like asking them to give higher CL. They can just give the card and remain / lower the CL if they feel so insecure

oo, ya but my case no choice cuz using cc can get additional RM10 off and the rm10 enough to cover the 3% cc charge

Weird i cant reload using my pbb cc main/ supp. Called pbb they say card side no issue

Hmm tng now allow reload without otp when using non saved card? Lol was panic abit as it glitched few time then suddenly success on 3rd trx.... hope no duplicate reload T^T

any1 manage to get taoabao trx using vs recently?
Used saved card in taobao but it shows lazada wallet taobao in statement.
When contact PBB cs, cs requested the proof screenshot of paying using the PBB card from taobao / alipay which none of these app able to show the transaction is paid using which card even after contact taobao / alipay cs

Funny i reload tng on 16/12 and didnt get. and when send email ask. They just call and tell me is first come first serve and they cannot reveal when the cashback pool depleted.

They even say reload within half hour past 12 will be too late to win the cashabck already lol.

Feels like no way to argue on the time and campaign cashback d. Have to accept whether u like it o not
