I got my card last month with RM25 tax charged on my statement on 15/7. I then SMS to participate in the luggage set promo using code PBWG xxxxxxxxxxxx BFIVE.
Spent RM109 at the shops and RM 523 for a hotel booking online. I just checked and I saw RM25 credited back on 31/7. So I think my online hotel booking does count towards the minimum retail transaction total of RM600. I did spend another RM668 for insurance payment but I assume now that it is not counted.
Keeping my fingers crossed.
Has anyone that has got the luggage set tell if you got notified by PBB about getting the luggage set?

Just saw this new promo for PB Visa Credit Cards.
Seems like a continuation of the previous Spend Everyday promo which involves retail transactions.

If your annual income >RM80k, apply Public Visa Signature + Quantum Mastercard (+ Quantum Visa).
If not, apply Quantum Mastercard + Quantum Visa, then cancel Gold cards.
The monthly normal CB earned will be > SST

Or continue using your Visa Gold, play the monthly game (spend >RM500 in 1 transaction), you will get >RM50 special cashback over 5 months.

Max RM 50 per cardholder, so 3000 cardholder eligible. No online, no autodebit, no govt transaction, hopefully can last for 1 whole week the cashback. Gonna pay my maintenance fees, season parking etc in advance and see.

And Visa only, a lot of people terminated their Visa already.
