Weird thing is that I was able to receive OTP from 63833 but no SMS reply back from 66300. dry.gif

I suspect you're using umobile? If so, use another number that is not umobile to register. Faced this problem before, called CS, she said only umobile has this issue.

Used Celcom no. to send didn't receive any SMS response but used Digi no. (My registered no. with PBB) and it works.

That means I cannot use other than registered no. to SMS? My Celcom no. has unlimited SMS. laugh.gif

No true. My registered no.with PBB doesn't receive sms response (umobile), had to use my working number (Celcom) then success.

VS excluded. Guess they no longer allow double dipping sighhh. I did not apply for QV so I guess I couldn't participate in this campaign.

I m using Umobile.
Had 'cannot send this message' prompt the 1st time.
Tried 5 minutes later...sms went thru. Received confirmation from PBB also after that.

Yes, you should if your income qualifies.
The min income requirement is rather low for VI:

Visa Infinite / World Mastercard RM100,000

I use VI can double dip with card cb 0.3% as well
