i got this cb after filing complaint and they granted it as "One-Time-Goodwill"

those can use CC to pay directly?

i'm aware of him saying 5th txn failed.

yep, encountered that. sometimes very aggressive blocking. 1st ok, 2nd already failed.

from the pattern of it, there is a certain grace period to 'regain' the successful txn. the longer you waited, the more txn you can perform.

i just encountered 5th failed too cuz the card was previously saved to another bp account. due to bp cc limit of 2.5k/mo, i applied a new bp account (diff individual) and saved with this cc.


p/s: there is another possibility: velocity checking is enforced or tightened.
