each cardholder is different. the "subject for mgmt approval" is to give you the expectation, no guarantee to get.

best advise to ppl here is to CALL CS and ask for rebate. let them review your profile if you qualify for rebate (with condition) or rebate (without condition) or outright reject.

call after SST has been charged to the card.

not all cards are charged the same date.

my answer is same.

if >1 card got sst charged, call one time is enough la. tell them each card # accordingly. they will check first.

eg. my VS and QMC got charged SST together. 1 call kaotim. QV not yet charged SST, will call again once SST is charged.

odd part is, bigpay is using mastercard

imo, this could also mean bigpay is probably testing samsungpay integration testing (tokenization testing) and inadvertently used real customer's card PAN.


token meaning the application does not store actual full PAN (card number). It will always store in "token" format, which is non-identifiable to your card number.
