mine gotten cb with TNG ewallet.

no issue with tng ewallet.

2 x principal quantum visa at 0002am and 0003am. both received cb.

usually the 1st one is ok >> PBe > Profile Maintenance > Manage Profile > Add / Delete Account

else try this (which not working for you) >> PBe > Account > PB Card > Add Card

finally, if all failed, visit branch to link your card to your PBe.

generally, 15 times contactless transactions will temporary block further contactless txn (in order to protect you!)

to reset, any PIN entry would reset and uplift this suspension. calling bank cant help because only you can enter the PIN, not CS.

there is no way to 'avoid'. it's a security feature. the threshold may be adjusted by bank from time to time.



a pin entry = a physical person must enter it --- this is to ensure the card owner is the one who holds the cards to enter the pin.

so, for this behavior to happen, you need to be present to enter/slot in card, PIN entry by you, then the system will reset it.


some places like petrol stations (eg petron) allow you to achieve that without spending. else, just purchase a small amount would do (pay for RM1).
