yeah same for me.

the only problem with umobile's smsc is sometimes most times, it has backlog and unable to push out the sms from their smsc within proper window.

this is particularly sensitive when banks OTP have validity.

so, usually i'd just go airplane mode to disable my radio connection (to umobile), then reconnect back to umobile radio network. this way, it will trigger the smsc to 'flush' out any outstanding sms in the backlog.

if you're asking whether CAN do this method or not.... of course can.

look at broader picture.

1) bp has rm2.5k/mth cc reload limit
2) some users here have multiple cards to reload into bp (and maxed out the monthly reload limit)
3) not everyone uses or trust bp
4) some ppl dont like to keep too much money in bp
5) even if you accumulate every month, some ppl dont want to withdraw from atm with a fee. repeat (4)
6) some prefer direct reload to others
7) etc
8) etc

just because we CAN reload into bp doesnt mean we WANT to do it.

the inclusion of govt exclusion started since the feature revision of Quantum Visa @ 1 Sep 2019.

since jacksonpang got cb back in Dec 2019, that means exclusion was not in effect probably until recently.

call pbb and ask for the MCC associated to that specific transaction
