Would the wave then pin consider as wave transaction eligble for the CB or it becomes a non wave transaction for this instance?

Hi all,

I want to ask how to claim the reward if already spent the amount for this new credit card campaign? And how would I know if I am eligible to join because I sent sms on January because I thought my credit card application went through the public bank website. I called in February then they said no receive my application and I reapplied through their branch and got my card activated around mid February only. The total spending is it combination for Visa and MasterCard or just Visa card?
