No idea coz I don't use grabpay. But this tng seems like not always got cb coz if I remember correctly, someone said didn't get cb

Does anyone successful applied pbb visa signature with annual income <80k?

If government servant around 60k++ can get?

Or pbb visa signature strictly need 80k annual income.

Insurance depends on payment channel.

Auto debit & OTC ---> Not eligible
Pay online manually at respective portal ---> YES (example: MyAIA)

Not sure what kind of answers are you hoping for.

I tried last month. Boost actually got cashback even without OTP.
Not sure why people are saying reloading boost won't get cashback.

Before 13/3/19, before Boost upgraded their system, no OTP was required to top up Boost. The transactions were not considered as online transactions.

After the upgrade, you may get Boost App 3D-EC (with OTP) or Boost App SSL-EC (without OTP). Both are online transactions!

But Boost's MCC was changed to 6540 in mid June, so it may give different answers to some credit cards now.
