Reading from few pages it seems most ppl cancel the visa when receive cards for Quantum. What's so special about the Quantum Mastercard? New to PBB card and thinking to get either 1 of this.

Thanks. So if my spending habbit is more towards paying utility bills online, groceries and some occasional Google play/PayPal, it is wise to just keep the Mastercard and cancel Visa?

Is it still possible to ask them for only 1 quantum card instead of 2? I know we can call to cancel the other one once received both cards. Because I most likely won't utilise the Visa for retail shopping, and don't want to pay extra RM25 just to keep that card.

I wonder how come you guys have problem to activate PB Securesign? What I did was, install the app, login and follow the instruction to register PB secure sign. After register I then call PB customer service and they just need to verify my details. Within 5 minutes received SMS on successful activation.
maybe you both can call CS again and ask for activation. But good luck waiting on the line.

Indeed. I can understand that as I too do not like to drive to their ATM just for that purpose. But call is still the fastest although waiting period is long and sometimes frustration due to the system disconnecting you if the cue is long.
