VIsa Signature, Quantum Visa/MC: all posted transactions in a statement month, CB is not related to transaction date or posted date as the CB is credited instantly when a new monthly statement is generated. Your question is relevant only if CB is calculated based on calendar month.

for me, Petron station. preset rm1 -> authorize with PIN -> cancel without lifting nozzle.

this varies for other stations. keep experimenting.

Klook bills in MYR though. You may want to try other sites.

Use a foreign account eg Klook HK account with HK phone number, HK Currency, HK discount codes, then you may have a chance. But we don't know the Merchant Category Code used by that seller.

and they say if dont want plantinum.. no need activate but will forfeit for the luggage bag..
