Just to ask, so for QM card, reload BigPay no matter trigger OTP or not (top up using saved card) can get cashback? Then for TnG ewallet, if trigger OTP only can get cashback, but if use saved card method cannot get cashback?

Just updated my apps, working fine already. Previously facing the same issue too, prolly the older app version not suitable with ios14.

I saw the maximum cashback per customer is RM30 per month, isnt it the same as normal Quantum cards’ cashback? Capped at RM30 per month but Visa limited to minimum RM30 paywave transaction in order to entitle for the cashback.

Same here but can be separated, did 2x around 1pm, then another 1x at 2pm and 1x just now, but when i wanna do the second time cannot already, so i switched to TnG, hopefully can still make it in for the reward list lol.

Just asking for the card service tax RM25 per card, anyone manage to ask the CS to waive it off before? I think i saw someone posting about it but can’t find it back.

Called the CS just now and he ask me to wait for the current statement month finish then only can do the process as the SST haven’t been posted.
But i saw in the app the transactions are actually posted though. Will try again next week and see how.

A bit off topic, does anyone here reload ShopeePay for the cashback campaign? Got face any problem when transfer out the money from ShopeePay wallet to bank?
Considering to reload ShopeePay aside from BigPay as they don’t charge fees on transferring money to bank (from what they stated but i haven’t try before)
