Tried to sent the same angpau for the same user, day 1 8 coins. Day 2 0 coins. Then I tried to send to another user on day 2, get 8 coins.

Day 2 , the payment to local council is not settled yet.
called Local council, they say wait next week LOL (need 5 working day)... this is a joke.

Well, it's not real time.

Like JomPay, you can real time or non real time update.
Of course the real time update doesn't come without extra fee.

Just wanna know it is valid, then i can wash down to the local council payment gateway already..

For safety, I paid assessment and quit rent using JomPay.

some local council systems are ancient portals (ala school project but charged a bomb)

backend, their Finance would do manual recon with payments received from various channels, especially external parties.

many councils are moving to digitize the payment collection, so that they can automate the recon faster and less-human intervention as much as possible.

My experience using PAM:
MBSJ - the payment updated in next working day.
Paid MP Sepang on 5 Feb- payment updated today.

Yeah, even with Jompay they asked to wait for 5 days. LMAO.

At least PAM give receipt, that’s y I just pay with PAM

One can also generate transaction proof documentation if pay using JomPay.

The RM 3 cashback doesn't seen consistent.
I just notice my 25/1, 3/2 and 10/2 transaction at Caltex dint receive the RM3.
All these transactions was make in the morning 7am++

File a ticket with Shopee CS.
They'll assist on this matter.

Will do that.

I experienced once and did log a ticket.
I got an RM 3 adjustment after 1 week.
