Did 4x straight with BigPay no issue. 5th at TnG then the 6th wanna go back to BigPay can’t get through, gave up and back to TnG lol.

Touch wood, so far no issue. Currently the transaction still haven’t appear in pbb app but the amount already deducted. Lets see how it goes.

Just realized last month got one tx posted as one day earlier. Will try to talk to CS see how.

Kiasu haha. Anyway i tend to forget if i don’t do it fast. So just do it and no need to scare myself forget. But previously i have no issue on tx being posted one day earlier.

Contacted CS regarding this issue and the CS replied saying will manually count my transaction into the previous cycle. Hopefully they really will do so.

Done 4x BigPay all posted as 11/3, first tx on 12.01am. Should be no issue for this round.

Hi my statement date is 20th and usually will receive email on 21st but still haven’t got it yet.
Wanna ask did anyone same statement date with me already received the statement?

Not too sure about it but ever since i started to use the card i am on e-statement, never receive physical statement before. Prolly last time the staff help me to choose during application (maybe told me physical statement need to pay lol)

Top up BigPay with my VISA consecutively for 3 times in morning around 9am. 4th time is blocked, kinda expected. Just now 6pm i try still block. Trying to call CS but no one pick up the call prolly because of FMCO. Normally the card will unblock again tomorrow or i need to call the CS?

Finally done the 10x 100 tx in today, not sure can get the cashback not haha. Everyone seems like quite fast in hitting the quota.

Btw now Public bank is more strict for Bigpay tx. Called the CS to uplift the block and the CS told me nowadays they even block after 1 tx, need to uplift everytime when u want to top up lol.

3/6 did 3 tx then blocked and i called, telling CS i need to do another 2 tx around 9pm and permitted, things went smooth. On 4/6 i did one in the morning, the 2nd one is blocked again. Guess maybe because there was no other tx in between. When i call the CS on 4/6 for the 2nd tx then she told me on this.
Anyway, the CS is really efficient. So still acceptable to make calls.

anyone received REWARDS YOU WITH MORE CASH BACK-MTH2 for June? MTH1 was credited on 22 June. Wonder if I am not entitled for the June one, my transactions were completed on 2nd June.

Realised that the VISA OTP page changed its layout. Last time it was the same as the Master OTP page. Thought something went wrong and didn’t enter OTP for the first round.

So for Quantum Master if e-wallet topup done before 26/4 is eligible for cashback or not ya?
I have Lazada topup on 25/4 & Bigpay topup on 26/4 but didn’t get CB.
My Grabpay topup done on 23/4 gets CB.

Any sifu knows what is this? Suddenly appear in my transactions although is RM0.
