Any sifu can give some enlightment on the PIB Fixed management fee? Saw the product enclosure sheet “the Cardmember is required to pay a Monthly Fixed Management Fee which is dependent on the type of Credit Card-i.”
I saw the fee is RM3,750. And below there is another section that is the Actual Management fee.
So these are the fees that need to be paid if we are using the PIB Platinum?

Might be a little late to ask, for the topup 688 to ewallet thing, can use saved card or not? Anyone got their cashback for the 1st month dy?

Done top up with saved card then suddenly recalled about this OTP issue. Wanna try to reload again with OTP method but PB blocked ady.

Saved card method went smooth for TnG and Lazada for the first try.
OTP fails for both on the second try lol.

Weird, card is not saved in TnG but didn’t trigger OTP. Hopefully this time can get the CB for ewallet topup though. Missed the first month.

Called PBB to ask for SST rebate, the CS told me “can waive” instead haha, and the CS even prompt me wanna spend my points or not lol.

If walk in to bank branches to apply for cc, usually how long does it take to process? If fail to apply the bank will tell also one right?
(Applying for new card, old cards were 2 years ago can’t remember the details dy)

Wanna ask that if i accidentally use QM in the new cycle but i actually wanna cancel the card. Do i need to wait until the current cycle ends or i can just pay in advance and cancel the card?

After i have saving account with PB, my PBe only shows my saving account balance and transactions, i used to view my credit card txn in the app.
Where can i change the setting so that i can view the cc txn again?

The cc accounts are linked to my PBe, just that it doesn’t show in the app. Tried around with all the buttons i could press but all doesn’t work.

Got my new PiB Visa and tried to ask for SST rebate, the cs told me new card cannot rebate.

I managed to waived my SST for last year. I called asking for rebate but the CS herself said waive 😂

Hi sifus, wanna ask regarding the annual fee “12 swipes over the preceding 12 months” meaning at least 12 transactions over the year right? No matter physical or online transaction?

Especially waited for 1/4 to top up my ewallet to be eligible for the cashback. March chance was wasted because i thought it is given on monthly basis TT
Lesson learnt that always read the TnC although the campaign seems familiar

PB becomes more stingy and learn very fast from the spending pattern. Must be a lot of Quantum VISA, PIB VISA card holders joined during the last campaign and get double cash back (I did that too lol)

Got my statement today and wonders why only RM15 cashback. Scroll back the threads only realise the tnc changed. They even cancelled the complimentary Plaza premium lounge entry (i know the lounge not something very wow but at least a benefit). Only manage to use twice for the feature as i got the card last year. Such saddening news, benefits and cash back are getting lesser nowadays lol.
