Hi sifus, wanna ask about cc replacement. My Quantum VISA going to expire on 11/24. Will PB automatically send me a new card before it expires? I still have active instalment ongoing lol. In the case that I need to change receiving address, i should call the PB CS to do so? Or they will notify me before sending a new card.

So far yet to receive it at my old address, will do it asap.

Got my replacement card yesterday, nothing fancy, still the same quantum design lol.

Just asking, did anyone try to ask for SST rebate after that particular cycle and succeeded? Was taxed on Nov, statement date 20 Dec, missed out that entry and paid. Now enter next cycle and the new statement should be out already (yet to receive email)

Anyone tried to call CS at the 8000 landline to ask for SST rebate recently? It’s getting hard to talk to human CS recently. Tried calling at 2.17pm just now choosing 1)CC related and it led me to leave voice message. Hung up and called again at 2.25pm choosing 3)Debit card and SST, stayed on the line for 1min+ and no one pick up the call.

Will it be easier for me to send email and request for that? Any kind soul can provide the email address? Thanks
