Depend some bank dont even allow early settlement for installment plan.

Btw what is the reason u want to transfer installment? Unless u want to prolong repayment?
But yet u say u can afford to do full settlement?

Yesterday evening called-in to convert this afternokn already received notification done conversion.

Btw just noticed its called Flexipay Plan. What does it means?
CS said got penalty for early settlement.

If you convert RM 1,200 to Flexipay, then you pay RM 100 per month for the next 12 months.
Let say after you paid for 6 months, you can to settle the remaining RM 600 all at once, then you need to pay penalty. That's my understanding.

Quantumn cards. Rarely used. Better terminate it so dont need to pay service tax

Service tax can be rebated, just as i did few days ago.
Rebate already received.
