Normally bank will give a grace period for customer to consider if they want to take the amount approved or not, if customer is not agree from the amount approved, they can return the full loan amount to bank within a certain period (normally is within 30-45 days), & bank will not charge them any interest.

it's from "scb", anyone also can..
that guy called me, and offer me up to 50k... but the end, bank stil can approve 30k.. laugh.gif
can discuss the rate and tenure.. so..
loan amount more than other bank offer, and the rate is better so far..
last time got another guy called from the same bank oso, but that time didn't apply, pass his number to my fren,
and my fren got what she want also compare with other like 'hlb'...etc...
those who need juz pm me since i still hv his num..
p/s: better don't walk in apply with 'scb'.. i failed once.. shakehead.gif

so far, successful lor..
i been asking a few bank, and since they offer me the amount n rate i can accept, so, just take lar..

8.07% is after u include the insurance/other expense or not?

if not, how many % other expenses is charges to u?

anyone knows al-rajhi bank is offering something new to gov staff only 6.99% for duration of 15 years!!!
so darn cheap its like 0.466% per year! its really hard to believe...anyone can confirm this?

damn cheap... even pay double 14% for 15 yrs oso worth it.. use to buy car, house, investment.. etc oso earn back the interest d!!!!!

sure only for gov staff? how about for private sectors? how long the duration can loan? 10years?
