hi...im really have few ideas about personal loan or etc, but im interested to apply a PL

i just wanna ask...is it possible to find any banks/koperasi giving under 5% interest?

im a contract govt staff in 1 institute in KL, working ~ 4 months, with (100+ salary per day) and would like to make a PL for 25k, 10years tenure...

am i eligible? how many % of the interest per annum would be? i dont mind wat banks, but hopefully it was a islamic financing...
