Same problem here. From my observation bank will offer credit facility for those who doesn't need it but keep rejecting people who're really in need of that facility.

to all people...
im kenshin lai from alliance bank... applying ploan, i can say it's hard... bcos of alot of reason, banks hv to protect themself...try not to risk... so they hv their own rules... 1st..no over duedate >1mth.... 2nd..do not have high commitment, not more than 70%/80%/90% of ur gross salary.... to most of the bank, they want customer to have 1 credit card/ploan record for 1year to have clean payment..1mth still acceptable..but not 2... few of the bank can accept car/house loan but >1yr too...like my alliance bank^^.. LOAN AMOUNT IS X5 OF UR GROSS INCOME,STANDARD..U CANT EXPECT 2.5K INCOME GETTING 50K... REGULAR RATE FOR PERSONAL LOAN IS 11-13%...THIS IS FOR PRIVET SECTOR,DONT COMPARE WITH GOV LOAN(BANK RAKYAT,BSN,BANK ISLAM N SO ON)...IT'S SURE LOWER,COS DIRECT DEDUCT B4 UR INCOME GET IN HAND... HLB is 9.6% cash back from 12%...IF 5 YEARS LOAN, U LATE FOR 1 TIME IN THE EARLY/MIDDLE/LATE....NO MORE CASH BACK..12%!!!! OCBC 7.X% IS FOR INCOME >15,000...SO IF U R 2.5K INCOME,GET REGULAR RATE 12%...IT'S ON THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE... CIMB N MAYBANK IS HARD APPROVING PLOAN BANKS..SO I NEVER ADVICE MY CUST TO GO,WASTING TIME... I CAN SAY LOWEST IS ALLIANCE BANK RECENTLY 8.88%,>100K IS 8.3%..100% PAYOUT EVEN NO STAMP DUTY... AL-RAHJI IS 8.5% FOR REGULAR CUST,7.99 IS FAKE..IT'S 7.5,8.0,8.5%..7.5 N 8.0 IS FOR PANEL..NEED CHOP AND SIGN..N ALOT PROCESSING FEES...CANT USE IBG TO TRANSFER MONEY ALSO...8.5% monthly is more expensive than 8.88% of alliance bank.. DO NOT BELIEVE AGENCY!!!! EVERYTHING IS UNDER BANK NEGARA CONTROL...NOT LIKE OLD TIMES...THEY JUST KNOW REGULAR BANKER THAT CAN SUBMIT UR CASE, NOT INSIDER, EVEN THEY KNOW,INSIDER CANT DO ANYTHING...APPLICANT HAS TO PASSED THRU ALOT OF PROCESS AND LEVELS... FOR SMALL BUSINESS MAN, U REALLY NEED A CREDIT CARD,IF NOT, IT'S HARD TO GET A LOAN FOR U,EVEN CANT APPLY FOR BUSINESS LOAN... USING UR BANK STATEMENT, MONTHLY TURNOVER SHLD B MORE THAN 50K ABOVE..IF NOT..HABIS... ANYTHING,JUST PM ME...THX This post has been edited by kenshin1: Jul 7 2011, 01:46 AM |

Hi all,
I applied a PL from SCB, RM30k, repayment for 3 years, interest rate 10.5% pa. Tried to ask to reduce interest rate, but SCB refused. I need to decide to accept or reject the loan by next week... I just found out, better rate offer by other bank... 1) Bank Islam: 6% pa. http://www.bankislam.com.my/en/Pages/NonPa...rsonalFinancing 2) Eon Bank: 9% pa. with 1% rebate every year. http://www.eonbank.com.my/personal_banking...sonalloan.shtml 3) Bank Rakyat: 3.3% pa. http://www.bankrakyat.com.my/web/guest/120 Any better offer? Please share. Thanks. This post has been edited by lowyat2011: Jul 8 2011, 10:30 PM |
