 Personal Loan, which banks offer the best deal?

Hai There,

i have been blacklisted due to credit card debt 2 years ago but i have settled all the debts. Can i get a personal loan or credit card approved after 2 years of clearing my debt.

Please advice.

i'm not a government staff but i already cleared my debt. Now i don't have outstanding debt. I just applied for a personal loan at CIMB yesterday and waiting for the result.

Can we apply for personal loan from more than one bank? i already got a loan from Bank A so can i apply again from other bank as well?
