Today notice someone dumping AMREITS @ 1.04 (Will issue dividen in NOV too)
few weeks ago. someone dump QCAPITA @ 1.00
recently STARREIT also being dump

Wah so many Hektar fans.

As a HEKTAR investor, Im abit worried about future DPU. Seems like they have a RM30mil refurbishment for Mahkota Parade. Most likely will eat into their profit and thus affecting their DPU. Anyone knows if the RM30mil has already been fully accounted or what?

HEKTAR has been paying 2.4 sen for a few quarters already, so it is not a surprise at all. So I don't see why it should fly tomorrow.

Oopsie, I didn't know Mahkota Parade is under Hektar Now baru tau

I believe they are switching to higher Beta stocks in view of better economic outlook...
