Anyone with any insight on why Atrium Reits stock drop today when others up?

I'm a newbie.
I recently bought a stock for DY. Now its actually performing well and i'm tempted to sell as it already gain more than the dividend.

My understanding of single tier tax system is eg.
Since BAT declared a RM0.76 dividend entitlement, shareholders get the full RM0.76 because its already been taxed at company level. and also since its taxed at company level, we as shareholders cannot claim back??

Then Two tier tax system like guiness... that should mean that we as shareholders can claim back right??

DHL is going to expire soon on 31 Dec, 2009. I worry might drop further. Worth to average mah? or safer bets should be axreits or stareits, right? Please advise, thank you.
