hi....i total gundam noob here. just got my first MG kit for fun.
gonna do it without painting. but the problem is, the darker parts, when i cut them off the runner/trees, there's still some white marks left from the snipping of my cutter. I tried to shave using hobby knife, but it only levels it a bit..and sanding with 1200 grid made the surface scratched and the white white marks still there.

any remedy to this? thanks sifus!

cheap remedy = nail polisher (sanding stick), can get from watson or guardian

expensive one, can try those extra fine sandpaper like those mentioned by sunnyboy, those from multifilla
u can call them up to enquire the price blush.gif

get a few different types, for different stages of the sanding (from rough to smooth), and also for different places (flats surfaces, and tight corners)

Best sanding stuff in the world will be the hobby knife nothing can scratch up the surface as good as it can! Just used some Grade 2000 sandpaper to touch up after the job and it would be find!
