hi....i total gundam noob here. just got my first MG kit for fun. gonna do it without painting. but the problem is, the darker parts, when i cut them off the runner/trees, there's still some white marks left from the snipping of my cutter. I tried to shave using hobby knife, but it only levels it a bit..and sanding with 1200 grid made the surface scratched and the white white marks still there.
any remedy to this? thanks sifus!

QUOTE(fyire @ Oct 18 2007, 04:14 AM) get a few different types, for different stages of the sanding (from rough to smooth), and also for different places (flats surfaces, and tight corners) i see. if flat surface use which one le? corners should be ok since most of the part will be covered i guess.

lol....my poor strike, scratches everywhere. when i tried to shave, it introduced even more scratches. hate the darker parts where it leaves white marks. Still hunting ofr the sanding stick. hehe...any sifu mind to show their cut marks? i mean those parts that you cut from the runner before and after pics? no painting ones. only cut, shave and sand. just wanna examine. hehe...thanks.
